  1. Digital Patterns (PDF):

    • Digital patterns will be delivered via email to the email address provided during checkout.

    • Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an email containing a link to download your PDF digital pattern.

    • Please ensure that the email address provided is accurate to avoid any delays in receiving your digital patterns.

  2. Physical Products (inc. Printed Patterns):

    • Printed patterns are available for delivery within the UK only.

    • Printed patterns will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class service.

    • Patterns will be packaged securely in a hardback envelope to ensure safe delivery.

    • Please allow 5-7 days for your printed patterns to arrive, excluding any potential delays due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

  3. Shipping Delays:

    • As a one-woman operation, there may be instances where shipping takes slightly longer than usual.

    • If you haven't received your order within 7 days of placing it, please don't hesitate to reach out.

    • We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to ensure the timely delivery of your orders.

  4. International Orders:

    • Currently, we are only shipping within the UK.

    • For international orders, please visit our Etsy store to make your purchase.

Refund Policy - Digital Download Products
