To fit bust sizes: 30 (34, 38, 42, 46) (50, 54, 58, 60)” / 76 (86, 96, 106, 117) (127, 137, 147, 157) cm
Choosing your size and fit: Instructions for choosing a size will be given in the pattern along with the actual garment measurements, please select your size based upon the size cloest to your measurements. Sample is size B worn on 34”/86 cm bust with 1”/2.5 cm positive ease.
Needles: 3 mm & 3.5 mm circular needles and/or DPNs
Needle sizes are recommended, choose a size needed to achieve gauge, the smaller needle should be 0.5 mm smaller than the larger needle.
Gauge: 24 stitches & 32 rows per 4” / 10 cm in stockinette on larger needles after blocking. If you find that your flat and in the round gauge differ a lot, check both a flat and in the round gauge swatch. Make sure the swatch is slightly stretched out during blocking to open up the cables but not over stretched.
Notions: 2 spare cables or waste yarn to hold the back and shoulders, at least 10 removable stitch markers and 1 sliding marker.
Difficulty: Confident beginner/Intermediate. Techniques include german short rows, knitwise and purlwise increases, picking up stitches and knitting in the round. All techniques are standard and tutorials can easily be found online.
